Connecon of the publicaon with planned research works. The work is a fragment of the research project Improvement of diagnoscs and treatment taccs for acute infecous diseases based on the assessment of their clinical and pathogenec characteriscs, state registraon number 0124U000091. Introducon.Improving the eecveness and connuous development of medical educaon is one of the most important tasks of modern Ukrainian society.Despite the serious challenges of today -including acve military opera-ons, constant air raid alerts, and power outages -medical educaon remains eecve, thanks to the ongoing search for new approaches. Thus, various forms of the educaonal process are being introduced -full-me, distance and blended learning, depending on geographical locaon -and new teaching methods are being sought [1].The rapid forced transion to distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic placed increased demands on all parcipants in the educaonal process to quickly adapt to new forms of learning for which they were not prepared, especially in the area of clinical competence development [2].In 2022, when most countries around the world began to return to standard forms of educaon, war broke out in Ukraine, which simultaneously halted all educaonal processes for several weeks. However, aer a short pause, the educaonal process resumed, rst in a distance learning format, then in a blended learning format, and nally in a face-to-face format in regions located far from the areas of acve combat operaons. The Ministry of Educaon and Science of Ukraine in its leer No. 1/3417-22 dated 10 March 2022, "On the compleon of the educaonal process," the Ministry of Educaon and Science of Ukraine pointed out the importance of resuming the educaonal process and preparing for the end of the academic year in vocaonal and higher educaon instuons, and developed recommendaons for educators on opmising the provision of educaonal services in the context of distance learning [3].The process of adapng to distance learning proved to be extremely dicult for both medical students and teachers, given the need to apply new specic teaching and learning methods. For distance learning to be successful, it requires stable access to Internet resources, digital literacy among all parcipants in the educaonal process, and the introducon of new approaches and opportunies for organising the educaonal process in medical educaonal instuons [4].
