THE DEPENDENCE OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF BRUXISM ON THE PATIENT'S TEMPERAMENT TYPE
/ DENTISTRYinto account the implementaon of an individual rehabilitaon program for the paent. At the stages of treatment, a study was conducted of the impact of pain, its duraon on the quality of life, physical and mental health of the paent. For this, quesonnaires were used, according to which joint problems of the temporomandibular joint in combinaon with peripheral trigeminal neuralgia reduced the quality of dental health. The paent underwent complex therapy.Acupuncture reex analgesia in the amount of 12 sessions. The pain scale indicators decreased to "0-1".Irradiaon with blue light (spectrum B-2) -7 days.Aer the course, pain sensaons in the le part of the face disappeared, the pain scale indicators were "0-1".An individual maxillary dental cap was made for the paent, which eecvely relaxed the lateral pterygoid muscles in the area of the le temporomandibular joint, which reduced pain, helped reduce pressure on the lower jaw, allowed the periarcular muscles to funcon correctly, and improved the bite rao.The osteopath performed 8 massage sessions of the cervical spine and le half of the face.Individually selected sets of qigong therapy exercises were prescribed for the projecon zones of the face and cervical spine, aer which the paent's well-being improved.Aer the treatment, the MRI scan showed normalisaon of the rao of the arcular heads, anterior and posterior meniscus poles. We have conrmed the feasibility of using the proposed algorithm for the examinaon and treatment of a paent with TMJPD on the background of peripheral trigeminal neuralgia, taking into account the posive results obtained, which are conrmed by the methods of evidence-based medicine.
