A DIRECTION FOR IMPROVING ANALGESIA IN DENTAL PRACTICE

Pain relief is one of the primary tasks of a dental pracce and a crucial criterion for a denst's qualicaons. In dental pracce, pain is most oen associated with inammatory and traumac processes in the teeth, periodonum, maxillofacial bones, temporomandibular joints, etc.One of the proposed approaches to solving this problem is the use of new dosage forms of analgesics, which are characterized by an acceleraon of the onset of the drug's eect or an increase in its duraon.Timely eliminaon of pain plays an important role in the process of eliminang the disease and prevenng complicaons, creang several posive condions for this. The basis for treang pain is therapy, which is applied depending on its intensity and is aimed at the primary mechanism of pain development.Timely eliminaon of pain plays a crucial role in prevenng the disease, thereby creang condions for the prevenon of complicaons. The raonal use of non-opioid analgesics is based on sciencally sound principles of their selecon, determinaon of the method of administraon, dosage, combinaon, etc. Modern pharmaceucal technologies have enabled sciensts to make signicant progress in the development of new forms of NOA-dispersed and sustained-release forms, in which, due to improved pharmacokinec properes, new qualies have emerged, such as a faster onset of eect or prolonged duraon of acon. This has signicantly improved the quality of analgesia. The applicaon of modern approaches to improving pain management is fundamentally important for creang a comfortable state for the paent and overcoming the disease.
