IMPROVEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL SKILLS AS A KEY ASPECT OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW TEACHER IN A MEDICAL UNIVERSITY

the ability to use modern teaching methodologies, flexibility of classes, comfortable learning conditions, saving travel time, the possibility of individual planning of classes with repeated viewing of lectures and seminars, and the creation of a safe educational environment.Significant disadvantages include the lack of personal contact between teachers and students, which leads to a weakening of motivation to learn, difficulties in developing and mastering practical skills required for clinical disciplines, and technical obstacles, such as power outages. The analysis of the literature revealed that students' ability to adapt depended on their gender, psychological characteristics, learning preferences, personal motivation and many other factors.Contact with teachers remained a key element of adaptation for students, and maintaining communication between all participants in the educational process was a necessary component to establish an adequate pace of learning and minimise frustration. The ability to adapt depended most on the psychological profile of the individual, the level of motivation to learn, and the development of competencies and skills for self-learning.

Abstract

the ability to use modern teaching methodologies, flexibility of classes, comfortable learning conditions, saving travel time, the possibility of individual planning of classes with repeated viewing of lectures and seminars, and the creation of a safe educational environment.Significant disadvantages include the lack of personal contact between teachers and students, which leads to a weakening of motivation to learn, difficulties in developing and mastering practical skills required for clinical disciplines, and technical obstacles, such as power outages.
