PROSPECTS FOR THE USE OF AUTOLOGOUS FIBRIN GLUE WITH BACTERIOPHAGES IN TRAUMATOLOGY AND ORTHOPEDICS
The highest frequency of dysbioc disorders was determined in paents with various pathologies of the intes-nal tract -47,6% and the stomach -35,9% of cases. The lowest number of cases of dysbiosis was recorded in pa-ents with liver -9% and pancreas diseases -13,1%.According to the results of the comparave analysis, among all tested paents with various intesnal lesion dysbioc condions were most oen detected in people of the second age group -57,2%.All isolated strains were characterized by high sensivity to most anbiocs. The most acve anbioc against S. aureus was imipenem, to which all strains were sensive, and gaoxacin and rifampicin, to which 92,1 and 78,9% of strains were sensive, respecvely. The isolated strains of E. coli were sensive to ciprooxacin, cefuroxime, cefotaxime, cefoperazone, cefepime, polymyxin and levooxacin.Proteus spp.strains showed the highest sensivity to ciprooxacin, amikacin, cefotaxime and cefepime, and resistance to doxycycline. The isolated strains of Enterococcus spp.were sensive to linezolid and ampicillin, and resistant to noroxacin, ciprooxacin, co-trimoxazole, and aztreonam. All strains of Clostridium spp.were sensive to metronidazole, vancomycin, and amoxicillin/clavulanate.More than 90% of the strains were resistant to penicillin, and 58,1% of them -to imipenem.
