THE EFFECTIVENESS OF USING A COMBINED FIBRIN-BONE SCAFFOLD FOR BONE TISSUE REPAIR IN JAW DEFECTS
Connecon of the publicaon with planned research works. The work is a fragment of a complex research work entled "Clinical-experimental substanaon of the modern methods of diagnosis, prevenon and treatment of dental diseases", state registraon number 0124U003547.Introducon.One of the topical issues in modern medicine is the mely detecon, prevenon and rehabilitaon of pa-ents with chronic inammatory processes aecng the bones of the facial skeleton.Among the chronic inammatory processes, chronic forms of osteomyelis and radicular cysts are the most frequent and problemac in the rehabilitaon programme, as these pathologies most oen lead to bone destrucon and require the use of reconstrucve plasc surgery [1,2,3].Surgical dental intervenons in cases of chronic in-ammatory processes that lead to destrucve changes in the facial skeleton oen involve the use of implant materials based on tricalcium phosphate and hydroxyap-ate to provide supplementary structural reinforcement during bone ssue restoraon [4,5,6].However, when using these materials and convenonal techniques, a challenge arises in the restoraon of the complete structure of bone ssue, which is associated with premature degradaon of the granulate and the development of bone hyperostosis or the formaon of connecve ssue around the implanted granules.A considerable number of studies have aributed a signicant role in ssue re-construcon to the structure of a funconal carrier for these ssues or cells, namely, a matrix based on biocom-pable biodegradable materials [7,8,9].The analysis of literature data indicates a comprehensive growing interest in autologous materials, which are currently the "gold standard" of reconstrucve technologies. This is due to such criteria as histocompability,
