Frailty Assessment and NK Cell Function in Multiple Myeloma: a Comprehensive Analysis
The total number and subpopulations of NK cells in MM patients have changed, and the expression of natural killer receptors, CD244, CD16, and HLA-DR significantly decreased with the progression of frailty. These changes can help to understand the overall health status and immune state of patients and help physicians develop personalized treatment strategies, improve outcomes, and enhance the quality of life for patients.
