Progress in research on the effects and scientific validity of injectable carboxytherapy in regenerative antiaging programs

Objective. Modern Antiaging and regenerative technologies are in high demand all over the world, as they are focused not only on eliminating the external signs of aging, but also on increasing overall health potential and reducing the risks of comorbid pathology. Goal. Analysis of scientific data on the effectiveness and optimization of injectable carboxytherapy in patients with different Fitzpatrick aging morphotypes and endogenous aging. Material and methods: Databases and libraries are used for the search: PubMed, Scopus, ResearchGate, Google Scholar, J-STAGE, eLibrary. ru; selected publications that are of interest from the point of view of analyzing ways to optimize injection carboxytherapy techniques and to increase its clinical effectiveness in comprehensive anti-aging programs. A total of 87 publications on this topic have been studied, mainly in Chinese and English, 1/3 of which are presented as links in this review. Results. It has been demonstrated that injectable carboxytherapy can reasonably be considered a promising method for anti-aging correction, focused not only on the external aesthetic domain, but also on the clinical manifestations of endogenous aging. Conclusion. It was concluded that it is important to personalize anti-aging and regenerative programs that include injectable carboxytherapy, including in people with various Fitzpatrick aging phototypes.
