Implementation of Digital Tools in the Indian Construction Industry – A Scientometric Analysis for a Sustainable Built Environment

The building industry has changed a lot thanks to digital tools that make it more efficient, environmentally friendly, and easy to handle projects. This study looks at how technology has changed the Indian building industry to make it more flexible and help create a sustainable built environment. A thorough review of the literature is done to look at how digital technologies can be used in the context of Lean Construction ideas. Using these tools could increase output, lower waste, and make it easier for parties to talk to each other. This study shows that digitization makes building more sustainable right away by making better use of resources, lowering negative effects on the environment, and using energy more efficiently. The results are shown through both quantitative and qualitative research. They show how important it is for the building industry to use these technologies more and more in order to build a sustainable future.
