Design and Analysis of Broadband Antenna
Surge in wireless users increases the demand for higher performance, of which data rate is often the most critical performance metric. The speed at which the data transfer takes place in wireless communication plays and important role. RF switching technology is aimed towards future broadband and adaptive wireless service antenna designs. Here, within this work, the idea of a sub-6 GHz wireless communication application-related broadband planar antenna development has been presented using a novel approach. The substrates used for analysis are Preperm PPE350 (4) and FR4 (4.4). The improvised antenna operates on a broadband band covering 3.22–6.3 GHz. The improved antenna satisfies the specifications of WLAN band applications and operates on a broadband frequency covering the 3–6.45-GHz band.
