INFORMATION SECURITY OF TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES IN THE MODERN CONDITIONS OF STATE FORMATION

The article considers the issue of the content and main directions of ensuring information security of territorial communities in modern conditions of state-building. Attention is paid to the issues of developing and implementing state information policy, its implementation at the level of territorial communities in the direction of ensuring information security, taking into account the current situation in the state, associated with the conduct of a full-scale war, during which the entire set of information and psychological means of influence by the enemy on the population of territorial communities is actively used. Attention is focused on the fact that the main directions of ensuring information security of territorial communities in modern conditions of state-building receive a different content and characteristics, generally retaining elements of the traditional approach to information protection, but taking into account their impact on the complex of measures to ensure security within the multi-domain environment as a certain cluster. It is emphasized that the unresolved problems in the field of information security in the conditions of active hostilities by the state in the face of armed aggression have the consequence of hindering the process of countering the complex of threats to the information security of Ukraine, which requires taking into account the peculiarities of the development of territorial communities and the corresponding peculiarities of ensuring their information security. Taking into account the priorities of the development of territorial communities and their importance in the system of ensuring national security, as well as taking into account the decentralization of power in Ukraine, the need to create a reliable system of countering information aggression is substantiated, which at the level of territorial communities provides for solving the tasks of ensuring information security in each territorial community, developing and implementing measures to minimize potential threats and dangers at the level of territorial communities in order to implement a holistic approach to ensuring information security within the relevant cluster, as well as assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of measures to ensure information security within the territorial community.
