Extraction of soliton solutions and Painlevé test for fractional Peyrard-Bishop DNA model
Abstract The Peyrard-Bishop DNA model is investigated in this study. Two most reliable and efficient analytical techniques, the Jacobi elliptic function method, and the <m:math xmlns:m="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"> <m:mi>tanh</m:mi> </m:math> \tanh - <m:math xmlns:m="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"> <m:mi>coth</m:mi> </m:math> \coth method, are being employed for finding new and novel soliton solutions of the suggested model. The Painlevé-test (P-test) is applied on the proposed DNA model to test the integrability. Few extracted results are graphically examined for studying the dynamical behavior.
