The Application of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in Analyzing Community Selection Factors on the Trans Metro Deli Bus
This study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine what the community’s priorities are when boarding the Trans Metro Deli bus. The approach of the AHP method is to organize the problems to be examined into a hierarchical framework as problem solvers. Calculating the eigenvectors and maximum eigenvalues from the pairwise comparison matrices that have been formed. Consistency test where CR 0.1. The results obtained are convenience with a weight of 0.412 or 41.2%, security with a weight of 0.356 or 35.6% and easiness with a weight of 0.232 or 23.2%. While the results for the CCTV alternative with a weight of 0.184 or 18.4%, clean with a weight of 0.123 or 12.3%, e-money paymentswith a weight of 0.119 or 11.9%, Alarm sensors with a weight of 0.096 or 9.6%, orderly with weight 0.091 or 9.1%, AC with weight 0.078 or 7.8%, driver’s behavior with weight 0.077 or 7.7%, set with weight 0.064 or 6.4%, mobile application with weight 0.062 or 6.2%, driver friendliness with a weight of 0.056 or 5.6% and bus stops with a weight of 0.050 or 5%.
