Scheduling Labor of Nurse using Fuzzy Goal Programming Method (Case Study: RSU. Mitra Medika Amplas)
Mitra Medika Hospital has an inpatient room that is ready for 24 hours, therefore nurses are needed to be ready to stand guard during the morning, afternoon and night shifts. The existence of good nurse scheduling, has an impact on the performance and service of nurses to patients. Scheduling must be in accordance with hospital rules and nurse preferences. The Fuzzy Goal Programming model with the Min Operator Bellman-Zadeh approach can overcome the uncertainty of the aspiration values desired by nurses related to working hours, working days and patterns of holidays and holidays. This research produces models and schedules for one work period that are in accordance with hospital rules and nurse preferences using the Fuzzy Goal Programming method.
