A steric hindrance strategy facilitates direct arylation polymerization for the low-cost synthesis of polymer PBDBT-2F and its application in organic solar cells
An improved catalytic system for DArP was developed by incorporating DEHA with appropriate steric hindrance and eliminating the diamine ligand, effectively suppressing defects in the polymer while achieving optimal M n , PDI, and aggregation ability.
