DUAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS IN THE EDUCATIONAL AND INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE BASIC DEPARTMENT

The article examines the issues of the organization of the educational process of the university in terms of the implementation of the educational program in the form of practical training. The role of mentoring in the professional education and training of students has been updated. The main interrelations of the components of the educational and industrial environment of the basic department of the university are structured. The relevance of the problem of organizing dual education in the context of university and employer organizations interaction with the advanced development of industrial and information technologies is substantiated. The aspects of the application of dual learning technology in the practical training are considered. The psychological and pedagogical conditions of personal and professional development of students in the educational and industrial environment of the basic department are revealed.
