THE SOLUTION OF SOME CASES OF PROFESSIONAL LEARNING IN THE LIGHT OF CURRENT LEGAL NORMS

In this paper we continue previous research “The Antinomies of professional Learning” done. The author reconstructed five intractable problems in professional lear­ning and proposed different solutions, based on the application of the case study method. The cases describe some problems with realization of the basic professional lear­ning programmes, its duration and forms. The research confirms the hypothesis that the solution of reconstructed cases is only possible with the changes to legal acts in the field of labour and education.
