Probing Neutrino Charge Radii with Coherent Elastic Solar Neutrino-Nucleus Scattering
Coherent elastic neutrino-nucleus scattering (CENS), as a low-energy process within the Standard Model (SM), provides a powerful probe of neutrino electromagnetic properties, in particular the neutrino charge radius.Owing to its relatively large cross section, CENS is especially sensitive to such subleading effects. In this work, we investigate the impact of the neutrino charge radius on CENS induced by solar neutrinos. We calculate its contribution to the CENS cross section and derive constraints on the neutrino charge radius by analyzing current data from the CDEX-10 experiment. Our results are then compared with existing bounds reported in previous studies.
