THE ELECTRONIC INDIVIDUAL TEACHER’S PLAN AS AN ELEMENT OF THE ORGANIZING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN A TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY

The article discusses the development of a model of an electronic individual teacher plan (herein­after EITP) and its implementation in the administrative and mana­gerial process as an element of planning, coordi­nation and cont­rol of the activities of the teaching staff at the university. The authors assessed the risks of introducing an electronic individual teacher plan into the activities of the university and proposed ways to minimize them. A step-by-step roadmap for implementing the transition to EITP has been developed.
