FEATURES OF PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT FOR THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE EXPERIENCE OF EMOTIONAL AND VALUE RELATIONS OF FUTURE TEACHERS

The article describes the results of a study on the problem of organizing pedagogical support in the prepa­ration of future teachers for professional activity, reveals the features of assimilation of socially and professio­nally significant values as a resource for their professional develop­ment, taking into account the accumulated expe­rience of society. The methodological basis of the research is a set of axiological, systemic, competence-­based and cultural approaches, the theoretical provisions of which complement the idea of the essence, structure and content of the concept of «pedagogical support». The author considers peda­gogical support in higher education as an activity organi­zed taking into account internal and external experiences, aimed at crea­ting conditions for introducing future tea­chers to values and countering the possible socially undesirable influence of information and digital content on the consciousness of young people.
