COMPLIANCE OF THE PERSONNEL TRAINING STRUCTURE IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION ORGANIZATIONS WITH THE NEEDS OF THE KUZBASS ECONOMY

The article presents an analysis of the degree to which the structure of personnel training in vocational education organizations meets the needs of the economy of the Kemerovo region — Kuzbass in terms of training areas and levels of education for the next 4 years. To assess the rele­vance of personnel training to the needs, the planned need for personnel is compared with the projected gradua­tion rate by education levels and training areas (specia­l­- ties), including for key and socially significant industries in the region, in addition, the level of employment of gradua­tes during the first year after graduation is taken into account.
