PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION OF STUDENTS AS A MECHANISM FOR THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL READINESS IN AN EDUCATIONAL AND INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER

Professional self-determination of students as a mechanism for the formation of professional readiness in the context of an educational and industrial cluster is a pedagogical process, the main task of which is the acti­vity of professional educational organizations, which consists in the development and implementation of advanced professional training of qualified personnel in the context of interaction between PEOs with educational organizations of gene­ral secondary and higher education, institutes for advanced training and professional retraining, employers, government and business structures. The main mechanism for the formation of professional readiness of students for professional activity within the framework of educational and industrial clusters, which ensure a real convergence of the interests of the professional educational organization with the production sphere in matters of training professional personnel, is, in our opinion, the system of professional self-determination.
