This paper aims to explore an effective path for the integrated development of rural characteristic industries under the background of rural revitalization. Through on-site investigation and case analysis, it analyzes Shanwangmiao Village in Huaxi District and sorts out its industrial integrated development model, providing practical references for the revitalization of rural industries. Relying on tourism and health care resources, it innovatively builds a multi-subject collaborative model of “village collective + farmers + company + professional team operation”, activates the economic value of abandoned land and idle homesteads, and forms an industrial integration system of “homestay + orchard + mountain villa”. By expanding the rural industrial chain and creating new growth points for the economy, an effective connection between consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization has been achieved. Practice has shown that the rural development model based on characteristic resources, with the collaboration of multiple subjects as the path and industrial integration as the handle, is a new driving force for implementing the national rural revitalization strategy and achieving the goal of “prosperous industries”, providing a referential experience for industrial revitalization in similar regions.
