ANALYSIS OF AUTOMATION SYSTEMS OF POWER PLANTS FOR WASTE TREATMENT BY PYROLYSIS

In this paper, automation systems of a power plant for processing various raw materials by pyrolysis are considered and compared with OWEN Logic. A pyrolysis plant is a special equipment in which the pyrolysis process takes place – the thermal decomposition of organic materials in the absence of oxygen. The basic principles of the pyrolysis plant are as follows: loading of raw materials; heating of the chamber; pyrolysis; removal of products [2]. Automation of these processes ensures efficient, continuous and safe operation of the pyrolysis plant.
