La inteligencia artificial y el riesgo de una analogía invertida
The aim of this paper is to present the general elements that allow us to discuss the realityof Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its place in the world as a technological object. The intentionis to suggest the need to revert the Intelligence Analogy that is primarily human and artificialjust in a derivate form. To do so, first, will be made a conceptual itinerary showing some of themost important elements that’s philosophy has made known about human intelligence. In thatway, it is possible to contrast the metaphor of AI. That is, to distinguish the sense in which thewords “intelligence” and “artificial” are used in reference to machines. In raising these aspects, wewill address the distinction between mechanical and technological objects with the intention ofshowing some of the specificities of AI. Finally, the question is if, in the face of all these distinctionsgenerated by the analysis of the reality of “artificial intelligence” as a novelty that has greaterautonomy from the human, but uses all its mathematical ingenuity and communicative skills,it is necessary to propose more appropriate terms and categories to avoid the inversion of theAnthropological Analogy and to give precise contours to the marketing of these technologies.
