Existence and Uniqueness of Solutions for Singular Double‐Phase Variable Exponent Equations

ABSTRACT We investigate the existence of positive solutions for a singular double‐phase problem with variable exponents. The reaction term is influenced by a sign‐changing Carathéodory function. Our main approach utilizes a pseudomonotone‐type operator. Additionally, by imposing specific assumptions, we establish the uniqueness of solutions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT We investigate the existence of positive solutions for a singular double‐phase problem with variable exponents. The reaction term is influenced by a sign‐changing Carathéodory function. Our main approach utilizes a pseudomonotone‐type operator. Additionally, by imposing specific assumptions, we establish the uniqueness of solutions.
