Career Development of Students in Accounting and Auditing: Case Study in Da Nang City

The goal of this study is to find factors that affect the career development of students majoring in accounting and auditing at universities in Da Nang city.The author has compiled previous related research documents to build a survey.Through a survey of 326 students studying Accounting and Auditing at accounting and auditing schools in Da Nang city.The results show that there are 5 factors that affect students' career development, arranged in order: (1) social and family influence; (2) student attitudes; (3) knowledge capacity; (4) skills and capacity; (5) employer requirements.Based on these results, the research team proposes appropriate policies for stakeholders to improve career development for accounting and auditing students.
