Enhancing Institutional Competitiveness through Integrated Quality Management: Application of the Baldrige Education Framework (BEF) at College X

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Baldrige Excellence Framework (BEF) implementation in improving the performance of higher education institutions.The method used is qualitative analysis with a case study approach at College X.The results showed that the implementation of BEF not only improved the quality of management but also strengthened the institution's competitive position at the national and international levels.The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of integrating the vision, mission, and strategy of the organization with a data-driven approach to achieve superior performance.
