Electric Vehicle Dispatch Strategy Based on Bi-layer Optimization
This paper proposes a scheduling strategy for electric vehicles (EVs) based on bi-layer optimization, aiming to coordinate the interaction between EVs and the power system to improve energy efficiency. At the transmission network level, the charging and discharging loads of EVs are coordinated and optimized with the generating unit output and wind power output through the day-ahead unit commitment model to minimize the generation cost; at the distribution network level, based on the optimal power flow model, the total charging and discharging loads of EVs are optimally allocated to each node of the distribution network to reduce the total network loss of the distribution network. The effectiveness of the strategy in reducing the total system cost and optimizing the network operation is verified through simulation analysis.
