Simplifying Medical Report: A Novel Approach to Medical Reporting Using OCR Technology

One of the most important challenges in healthcare informatics is medical document processing. In this paper, we present a Medical Report Simplifier, an innovative NLP and machine learning-based system capable of automatically extracting, analysing and summarising medical reports from various files. Proposed system has achieved high accuracy of extracting texts, analysis of reports in terms of features, and generating a readable summary. Implementing concurrent processing, caching mechanisms, and multi-prompt language models, the application enables fast, accurate medical report insights while maintaining data privacy and computational efficiency.
