This article explores the role of fintech in the digital economy using bibliometric analysis from 2017 to 2024. Fintech refers to a range of new business models that are significantly changing the financial market and how financial services are provided. The study provides insights into collaboration between authors, countries, and organizations in fintech. It identifies research gaps, such as qualitative research dominance, lack of studies on fintech user experience, and inadequate exploration of regional variances. A more granular exploration of user satisfaction and engagement is crucial for refining fintech strategies.
