Innovative Approaches of Data Extraction and Bulk Messaging on Whatsapp Using RPA

This research explores the integration of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and automation engineering to optimize business workflows by eliminating repetitive tasks like data collection, storage, and communication. The proposed solution tackles two primary challenges: extracting data from multiple websites and sending personalized bulk messages on WhatsApp. An AI-powered bot is developed to efficiently gather data from multiple sources and store it in structured formats such as Excel spreadsheets. Additionally, the bot automates personalized WhatsApp messaging, enabling businesses to interact with large customer bases seamlessly. Built using UiPath Studio, a leading RPA development platform, the system ensures scalable and efficient automation. Compared to traditional manual web scraping and bulk messaging, this approach offers enhanced speed, accuracy, and scalability. Manual processes are often slow, prone to errors, and resource intensive. The automated solution accelerates data extraction and messaging while reducing human errors and enabling businesses to manage larger datasets in real time. By automating both data management and customer engagement, businesses benefit from greater operational efficiency, reduced costs, and improved customer interactions. This solution transforms workflows, making them faster, more reliable, and scalable, ultimately driving better business performance.
