The rapid expansion of social media sites has transformed the manner in which companies craft their marketing strategy, particularly for QSR. This research discusses the influence of AI-based social media marketing analytics on customer purchase intentions in Delhi NCR's dynamic market. Utilizing advanced machine learning methods, sentiment analysis and predictive modelling, the AI tools can provide insightful suggestions on customer behaviour, preferences and interactions. The case study analyses how Delhi NCR QSRs have employed AIbased analytics to develop and enhance their social media campaigns so that the campaigns are targeted, personalized and interactive. The information was gathered from a sample of QSRs that employed AI tools such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) and real time analytics to track customer feedback, trends and campaign outcomes. These tools were extremely helpful to identify the main drivers of purchasing intentions like offers, new food items and consumer generated content. The findings reveal that the applications of AI powered analytics enhance the marketing performance through enabling the firms to comprehend the needs of customers, create content strategy that cater to them and create an emotional bond with the audience. This results in higher customer interaction, loyalty and, therefore, sales. The research also shows that AI can assist in turning conventional marketing ideas into data-driven marketing techniques that suit the needs of the target market. This research also talks about the challenges and possibilities of using AI in QSR marketing and its implications for future business strategies. This study is beneficial for marketers seeking to maximize the usage of their social media campaigns through the implementation of AI in a competitive environment.
