MD Code-Based VLC: A High Efficiency Data Transmission Framework
In this study, we focus on the use of MD codes to boost the performance, scalability, and efficiency of a Visible light communication system. The system is based on SAC-OCDMA using FSO channel at different distances. This work has replaced the usual OCDMA codes with MD codes. At data rate of 10Gbps, the system worked smoothly and reliably up to 36 meters, with a low BER of 3.19e-9 and a Q-factor of 6.39. Furthermore, the MD code is compared with ZCZ and OOC codes. The MD codes has outperformed other codes in terms of maintaining reliable and high-quality communication over longer distances.
