Implementing a Resilient and Pairing-Free Aggregate Signature Scheme for Healthcare Internet of Things Networks
In the realm of healthcare facility coordination, Wireless Healthcare Sensor Network (HWSN) is a developing domain that emphasizes the utmost importance of maintaining the confidentiality and validity of patient records when transmitted online to doctors and other medical practitioners. By virtue of their low cost, great efficiency, and low latency, they are well-suited for healthcare services. Aggregate signatures (AS) provide a means to verify the authenticity of messages from many users and prevent any tampering with their content. Concurrently, AS enhances the methods of transmitting and verifying signatures. Certificateless public key cryptography (CLPKC) is a unique security system that outperforms existing Public Key Infrastructures (PKIs) and Identity-based encryption by eliminating the need for certificates. Therefore, the methods presented in this paper are a certificateless aggregate signature (CLAS) scheme that operates without pairings by leveraging the advantages of both CLPKC and AS. The proposed CLAS scheme aims to ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of several patients' health care information within Health Wireless Sensor Networks (HWSNs). Preexisting proofs for CLAS schemes depend on the assumption of an elliptic curve discrete logarithm. Therefore, our CLAS scheme is demonstrated to be existentially unforgeable against two fundamentally distinct sorts of adversaries.
