Impact of Diet, Colors and Virtual Reality on Mental Well-Being of an Individual: A Pre-Test Analysis

As society becomes more aware of different factors that influence psychological health, mental well-being has become a popular topic in the modern world. Color, nutrition and virtual reality (VR) experiences are some of the environmental and lifestyle factors that are increasingly being acknowledged for their influence on mental health. This study examines the pre-test analysis of these characteristics and the combined effect of these characteristics on mental health outcomes in a sample of 75 participants. The findings showed that there are intricate connections between these variables and that color psychology and other environmental cues can evoke feelings that are consistent with stress and mood. Food has a significant impact on mental health, and some dietary habits are better for psychological wellbeing and anxiety levels. Also, virtual reality is a good method for reducing stress and relaxation because it can give the user a realistic simulation of a calm environment and have positive therapeutic effects. It stresses the importance of seeing these factors as a total strategy for mental health rather than a number of separate issues. There is much potential for prevention and therapy when color psychology, nutritional science, virtual reality technology are applied in mental health interventions. To further explore these relationships, researchers and mental health professionals are provided with suggestions for further research and the development of new, evidence-based addition approaches. In offering useful information for future study and mental health actions, this research contributes to the growing collection of academic papers on mental well-being by highlighting the reciprocal effects of environmental and lifestyle provide factors. Such outcomes open the door to a more individualized and integrated strategy for promoting mental health in a range of demographics.
