Finite-Time Event-Triggered Fuzzy Adaptive Prescribed Force Loading Control of Electrohydraulic Load Simulator
This article addresses the problem of finite-time event-triggered prescribed performance control of electrohydraulic load simulator (EHLS). To approximate the velocity state of the EHLS, a reduced-order fuzzy velocity state observer is developed in this article. Combined with a finite-time performance function, an event-triggered prescribed performance controller is constructed to ensure that the tracking error is controlled to a specified region in finite time. An event-triggered strategy is utilized to save system transmission resources. To mitigate the cumbersome arithmetic challenges inherent in traditional backstepping control, we employ the dynamic surface technique to effectively alleviate the computational burden. The results show that the control method not only ensures the boundedness of the closed-loop system state but also controls the tracking error within a small range near the equilibrium point in finite time. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated through experimentation.
