THE ART OF DESIGN AND ITS REFERENCES IN SUMERIAN PLASTIC ACHIEVEMENTS

This research addresses an important topic in the history of ancient Iraq represented by the sumer civilization, which has historical priority because its plastic achievements originality are distinguished by their originality in style. Sumer has unique plastic achievements that have a special character and distinctive qualities, in addition to the creative capabilities that these works possess, at the Same time they reflect high efficiency in design. Anyone who contemplates these works and accuracy of engineering and mathematical Calculations and the ability to express ideas and beliefs will relize that they did not come about by chance or were accomplished without prior study or planning.
