Assessment Tools for the Effectiveness of Human Resource Management in an Inclusive Innovation Environment

The article is devoted to the development of assessment tools for evaluating the effectiveness of human resource management in an inclusive innovation environment. The relevance of a methodological approach to assessing the effectiveness of HR management under the conditions of inclusivity and innovation is substantiated, as well as the influence of such an environment on both the object and the process of evaluation. A relevant methodology for assessing the effectiveness of human resource management in an inclusive innovation environment and its indicators has been developed. The article also provides a description of input data for calculations and forms of managerial reporting.
