Clinically-Focused Competency Restoration Materials

Abstract In this appendix we include resources to pair with our clinically oriented chapters, in sequence with the chapters: psychotropic medications, intellectual/developmental disabilities, CogRem, CBT and ACT, religion and spirituality, music therapy, CBTp, and DBT. How to make use of these various worksheets, handouts, and other tools is detailed within the body of the clinically focused chapters; the sequence of materials corresponds with in-text call-outs. The reader is encouraged to modify and add to these tools as needed to meet the needs of the defendants with whom they work.
