Assessment of the probability of bankruptcy of agricultural enterprises: comparison of foreign and domestic models
The study is devoted to a comparative analysis of foreign and domestic models for assessing the probability of bankruptcy using the example of agricultural enterprises. The paper considers the following models: Fox, Taffler, Fulmer, Postyushkov and Zaitseva. Based on the study of each of the models, the possibilities of application have been identified, as well as the limitations of their use have been clarified. To determine the model most adapted to Russian conditions, three agricultural enterprises of the Krasnodar Krai engaged in grape cultivation and wine production were selected as the object of analysis. The validity of the choice of Kuban-Vino LLC, Dolina LLC and BACCHUS LLC is confirmed by an analysis of their financial condition, which showed low solvency and critical dependence of enterprises on external sources of financing activities. Based on the results of the study, it was determined that foreign bankruptcy assessment models have limitations when used within the framework of Russian economic conditions, and among domestic models, a more accurate assessment can be obtained based on the Postyushkov approach.
