ECONOMIC PROBLEMS OF EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCTION

The scientific article is aimed at studying the features of the organization and management of production, which play an important role in achieving key success of enterprises. The main components for ensuring sustainable competitive advantages of the organization and improving its production potential are considered. Strategic priorities and accents aimed at forming competent strategies, improving the quality of goods, optimizing costs, developing strategies for effective resource conservation, introducing energy-saving technologies, using limits and controls in operational activities, effective management of material flows, and rationalizing production and logistics processes are considered, which in general will lead to the creation of unique competitive advantages. It will enhance the organization's sustainability, integrity, and manageability of all production processes. The authors also proposed a structural scheme for the effective organization and management of production processes.
