The article presents the results of a study of the problems of organizational development at industrial enterprises in the process of introducing innovations. The essence of organizational development management is theoretically substantiated and the author's interpretation of this concept is presented. The author argues that the formation of an enterprise's organizational development management system should be based on constant monitoring of the situation in the internal and external environment in order to respond flexibly to any changes and suggests three options for implementing such opportunities, one of which is the use of artificial intelligence in business processes. In the article, the author proposes a component model for managing the organizational development of an enterprise with the allocation of a Digital Transformation Center, as well as a competence model based on the training of a digital transformation ecosystem of personnel. It is argued that the digital transformation of an industrial enterprise, which is based on a competencebased approach with the subsequent development of a technical platform, will contribute to ensuring flexibility, adaptability and efficiency of management processes by the organizational development of the enterprise. Embedding digital technologies into production processes for collecting, processing, and structuring information flows will synchronize and accelerate management decision-making at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels, minimize risks, and more accurately draw up plans and forecasts for the further organizational development of the enterprise.
