MODERN TOOLS FOR INCREASING LABOR PRODUCTIVITY IN PRODUCTION ORGANIZATION

The scientific article is aimed at studying the features of tools for increasing the productivity of an organization. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) for partial automation of production is becoming a key tool in assessing labor efficiency, which is a component in strategic personnel management. Managers need to deeply study the capabilities of artificial intelligence in order to transform business processes, create a symbiosis between automated technologies and human labor.
