Creatividad Digital En Educación Multimedia: Cómo Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop y la Inteligencia Artificial Están Transformando la Enseñanza

Digital creativity has become a fundamental component in university multimedia education, transforming teaching and learning processes through the integration of digital tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and artificial intelligence (AI). This qualitative literature review, based on studies published between 2020 and 2024, examines the impact, trends, and challenges associated with incorporating these technologies into higher education. The findings indicate that AI enhances personalised learning by adapting to individual needs and fostering students’ motivation, autonomy, and creativity. Furthermore, the automation of administrative and evaluative tasks frees up time for educators to focus on innovative pedagogical activities. However, the importance of continuous teacher training and addressing ethical and privacy issues for responsible implementation is emphasised. The convergence of graphic design software and AI technologies redefines educational roles and opens new opportunities to promote digital creativity and pedagogical innovation, contributing to a more inclusive, efficient, and twenty-first-century-adapted university multimedia education.
