Technology for Forming the Cadets’ Worldview Position of Personal Responsibility for the Service and Combat Tasks Performance at Russian National Guard Personnel Training Centers Based on a Personalized Approach

Introduction. In modern conditions, the importance of professional training of military personnel capable not only to effectively perform the service and combat tasks assigned to them, but also to consciously assume responsibility for their fulfillment is increasing. The article describes the results of the scientific research concerning the personalized approach to solving the scientific and practical problem of forming the attitudinal position of personal responsibility for the performance of service and combat tasks among the cadets of the Rosgvardia personnel training centers (hereinafter referred to as the Centers) with the help of the developed technology used in the educational process. The novelty of the research lies in the development of a technology for the formation of the attitudinal position of personal responsibility for the performance of service and combat tasks among the cadets of the centers on the basis of a personalized approach, which has not been previously applied in their service and combat practice. Materials and methods. The foundation for the development of the technology was based on the Centers’ statutory documents, the combat training program and scientific work in the field of pedagogy, psychology, philosophy and science studies. The research applied both theoretical methods (analysis, synthesis, analogy, abstraction) and empirical methods (observation, comparison, measurement, experiment). More than 300 individuals were involved in the experimental study. Results. The technology of forming the cadets’ worldview-based position of personal responsibility for the service and combat tasks performance has been developed and tested in the educational process of the Centers. The main purpose of using the technology is to improve the quality and effectiveness of the formation process of the cadets’ worldview-based position of personal responsibility for the service and combat tasks performance while their training at the Centers. The implementation of technology of forming the cadets’ worldview-based position of personal responsibility for the service and combat tasks performance contributed to improving the quality of the educational process at the Centers (as evaluated by unit commanders and military unit leadership - by 60-80 %), increasing cadets' knowledge of educational contents, as well as solving specific educational tasks related to the development of personal responsibility, discipline, and other important qualities necessary for service in the Russian Guard troops. Discussion and conclusion. The developed and proven technology tested technology of forming the cadets’ worldview-based position of personal responsibility for the service and combat tasks performance while their training at the Centers eventually contributed to the training of more competent military personnel who are able to responsibly perform service and combat tasks not by order, but by inner conviction.
