In Extreme Conditions: an Analysis of the Experience of a Paratrooper T.
Introduction. The article attempts to substantiate a three-component approach to ensuring readiness for extreme action from the standpoint of theoretical psychology, analyzes the interpretations of the concepts of "extreme situation" and "extreme conditions". Materials and methods. The research materials were scientific publications by Russian authors, which explicitly explore the problem of behavior in extreme conditions. Theoretical research methods were used: theoretical analysis and generalization of materials presented in scientific literature. Results. The result of the research was the development of a three-component approach to ensuring readiness for extreme action, which is reduced simultaneously to three independent subsystems: readiness for identification (I understand what is happening), readiness for action (I understand what needs to be done), readiness for interaction (I have agreed on joint actions). An attempt is made to substantiate the validity of the approach by analyzing the behavior of people in extreme conditions. As an example of such an analysis, the "stream of consciousness" of the paratrooper is given. who managed to get out of a burning armored vehicle. In the paratrooper's story, three subsystems of emergency preparedness are highlighted. Discussion and conclusion. It is legitimate to consider readiness for extreme conditions using a three-component approach to ensuring readiness for extreme action, which enables practitioners in many fields of activity to more effectively train specialists in dangerous professions, reducing the risk of injury and death.
