Analisis Penentuan Standar Dimensi dan Harga Perkiraan Sendiri Saluran Precast di Jalan Empu Nala Kota Mojokerto

Precast concrete is a concrete element or component without or with reinforcement before it is assembled into a building. The development of precast concrete technology in bridge construction is growing quite rapidly in the world, including in Indonesia in the last decade. Because precast construction on bridges provides many advantages compared to conventional construction. The advantage of this precast system is that construction is carried out unaffected by weather, efficient manpower, good and maintainable quality, mass production, shortens working duration, saves quantity of material resources. This research was conducted to determine the types and sizes of precast channels for channels that are often used at Jalan Empu Nala Kota Mojokerto as well as the amount of Self-Estimated Price for each type of precast channel. The method used is structural analysis and self-estimated pricing. The results showed that the type of precast channel that is often used at Jalan Empu Nala Kota Mojokerto is the u-ditch and cover with a size of 600 x 800 x 1200. Based on the data that has been obtained, it is found that the HPS of the u-ditch and cover type of precast channel with a size of 600 x 800 x 1200 is IDR 1.026.791one unit already includes a 10% profit.
