Modernization of research tools systematization and content for ensuring construction preparation based on digitalization
The article addresses current challenges related to the need for transforming traditional approaches to organizing research activities in the construction sector, particularly the implementation of digital technologies and adaptation to the conditions of the modern digital economy. Special attention is paid to the integration of information technologies into construction preparation management processes, which requires updating instrumental methods of analysis, monitoring, and forecasting. The author emphasizes the importance of creating unified standards and classification systems that enable the effective use of digital resources in planning and implementing construction projects. Digitalization contributes to increasing calculation accuracy, automating data collection and processing, and forming innovative approaches to interaction among construction process participants. It is noted that such changes require not only technical re-equipment but also the development of new methodologies for analysis and decision-making oriented towards digital reality. The research also covers the analysis of key problems arising during the implementation of digital technologies in the construction industry, including issues of data security, system interoperability, and optimization of information transfer processes. A crucial aspect of the work is studying the impact of digital tools on cost reduction, risk mitigation, and overall efficiency improvement of preparatory stages of construction projects. The research results aim to create a theoretical basis for developing innovative approaches to systematizing research tools, as well as forming methodological recommendations for their practical application. The work focuses on ensuring the sustainable development of the construction industry through the implementation of digital economy tools, which allows optimizing construction preparation processes, enhancing their quality, speed, and transparency. Particular attention is paid to the formation of digital knowledge repositories, adaptive analytical dashboards, and embedded algorithms capable of learning based on accumulated information. This creates prerequisites for the creation of self-learning management systems that increase the industry's resilience in conditions of rapid technological changes.
