Abstract

The article analyzes modern approaches to the functioning of management systems in dairy production enterprises in the context of subjective and objective aspects under conditions of economic environment resilience. It has been proven that the management activity process consists of the effective organization of interaction between people who are engaged in collective work to carry out business operations under the conditions of external and internal environment of business entities. At the same time, external and internal organizational structures participate in the management of any business system. It has been established that Ukraine demonstrates a tendency toward constant fluctuation and reduction in the number of economic organizations in the dairy production sector, as well as a decrease in the number of employed workers. The conducted analysis revealed the dominance of small business entities with micro-enterprises in the industry structure, accounting for 71.6% of the total volume, while large business enterprises constitute only 3.0%. The highest employment in the industry is provided by economic organizations with 250 or more employees, which employ 70.9% of workers. The research identified problems with low labor productivity, insufficient levels of value added creation, and unstable profitability indicators. The structural-functional, executive, and coordination content of the management system has been revealed, consisting of management bodies, management activity bodies, and management objects. The feasibility of forming a system of management subjects and objects at strategic, tactical, and operational levels has been substantiated to ensure self-sufficient business development. The importance of including agricultural milk producers and members of the labor collective in the management of economic organizations has been proven, along with using coordination tools instead of direct subordination and forming appropriate strategic responsibility centers at the structural unit level. Prospects for scientific research regarding the development of adaptation mechanisms for management subjects and objects to the dynamic external environment of economic organizations have been identified.
